I’m a values-driven creative leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping mission-driven communications for some of the world’s leading nonprofit brands, as well as health, education and biotech clients.
I specialize in bridging strategy, creativity and performance. I’m known for my insight-driven storytelling, collaborative leadership, and ability to elevate teams through mentorship and trust.
Whether fostering growth, developing strategic communications, crafting and pitching winning creative, or shaping creative operations, I bring clarity, compassion, and conviction to every challenge.
It’s been my privilege to partner with some of the world’s leading nonprofits (Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, Alzheimer’s Association, Team USA Fund) to raise critical funds and create social impact. As VP of Creative at Moore THD, I built a culture rooted in empathy, excellence, and ownership—empowering a talented team (20+) to deliver conceptually bold, strategically sound, and ethically grounded campaigns.
As an independent consultant, I’ve led marketing, branding, creative direction, content strategy and copy for clients including Acera School, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Liberty Mutual, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
My early years in the advertising industry included time at SeidlerBernstein, a Cambridge-based biotech marketing agency acquired in 2011 by KHJ; and GEOVISION, a boutique shop specializing in multicultural advertising, social marketing and production.
A third culture kid, I spent my formative years in Latin America and built my professional career in the US. So I’m equally comfortable in English and Spanish, and truly fluent in what it means to be Latina (the lunfardo comes out when La Celeste plays) and a New Englander (Go Celtics!).
I majored in Advertising at Brigham Young University’s award-winning advertising program and balanced marketing and account planning classes with courses in journalism, public relations, creative writing and digital design. I took a turn as a reporter for the Daily Universe, and was president of BYU’s International Student Association.
I’ve also completed executive education programs in management and leadership at MIT SLOAN Executive Education.
When I’m off the clock, I spend my time gardening, reading, traveling and serving in my community and church. A decade ago, my husband and I moved our family to a beautiful spot in Central Mass with the goal to revive an old apple orchard and teach our children the value of hard work. The kids are doing great. We occasionally get apples.
